After going through all of the red tape and many forms, Paypal has decided to give us our money back from the Skybus mess. The refund includes all $251 for our unused tickets and a fee we paid to change our first tickets. Ben did all the paperwork (Thanks!) and we received notice today.
It's so nice when something like this actually goes our way. (Even though we did have to buy more expensive tickets from another airline!)
