When Sam got up this morning he got into his backpack and handed me a paper - never a good sign if I missed something from the night before. It was a note from Kinderpaws, and it said that on Thursday they are having a big end-of-the-year Circus themed party. I already knew that. But each child has been selected for a particular act, and "costumes are allowed but not expected." Of course that means that some kids will have costumes and Sam will be upset if he doesn't, so I'm going to have to work in making costumes this weekend.
And his acts? Strong man and Lion. So I have to come up with something lion-like soon! And I thought this weekend might be a little bit relaxing!
